So there was a massive sale on Amazon Canada the other day. I bought Fringe on blu-ray to watch with my wife, as she is a big JJ Abrams fan thanks to Alias. So we start it up and I think to myself "Damn, that theme would be sweet on the piano". Naturally it's already been transcribed, but hey, that's never stopped me before :P

I also started watching Warehouse 13 recently and had much the same thought.

I like to hope that people who visit my site don't restrict themselves to music they already know. Seriously, if all you want is your Final Fantasy and Mario tunes, half my site will leave you scratching your head. And that's intentional. But... I do realize that most people cannot evaluate music with a glance and there's little chance of Tuesday visitor #312 ever realizing "Hey, Stella Deus has some seriously good music".

This is one reason I try to record my more obscure arrangements. (e.g. Dodonpachi, Wonderboy, Kid Dracula). It's also the reason that I've started putting together composer collections (Only Sakimoto for now, I will probably do a Uematsu pack soon so that the Final Fantasy fans will have a chance to discover Lost Odyssey and Lord of Vermillion, for example)

So cutting to the chase, I'm now adding a collection of my personal favorites... Some of which are definitely obscure.
